Tariff
At the Registry all the rooms are doubles with king-size or double beds. Our rooms will accommodate two guests only.
Rooms vary in price from £65 to £80 per room per night, which includes breakfast.

Check in
Check in time is normally from 4pm onwards.
Check out
Guests are requested to vacate their room by 11 am on the day of departure.
Payment
We accept cash, cheques and Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards. Please note however that at present we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards and an additional fee is applicable for corporate credit card accounts.
Breakfast menu
On the side board a choice of:
- Breakfast juice
- Yogurt
- A variety of cereals
- Seasonal fruit
- Freshly ground filter coffee and teas (Breakfast, Earl Grey or Fruit)
- Toast - white or brown served with homemade marmalade
Cooked Breakfast Options:
- Scottish Porridge - served with a jug of double cream
- Scottish breakfast - includes grilled bacon, grilled sausage, grilled tomatoes, black pudding, mushrooms and eggs (fried, scrambled or poached)
- Eggs – boiled, poached or scrambled with toast
We are happy to cater for any special dietary requirements if prior notice is given at the time of booking or on arrival.
Breakfast serving times
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday between 6.30 - 8.30 am. Saturday and Sunday – by arrangement.
Car parking and transport links
Car parking
The Registry has its own off-street parking area for which there is no additional charge required.
Bus services
Regular bus services link Peterculter with Aberdeen city centre (including night buses) and also the surrounding countryside.
First Bus Aberdeen run service 19 (night bus service N19) direct to/from the centre of Aberdeen to Culter.
Stagecoach run services 201, 202 and 203 which run to/from Aberdeen city centre bus station to Banchory, Torphins, Aboyne, Ballater and Braemar.
Bus stops for all of the above services are located a short distance from the Regisrty Guest House in both directions. Both operators offer 'day tickets' that allow unlimited travel on the day of purchase.
Taxis
We are happy to arrange for taxis using a local taxi service.
Local amenities
There are a variety of restaurants and bars in close proximity to the Registry as well convenience stores and a chemist. You will find web links to some of these on the Local area page.
Pets policy
Sorry, but we do not accept pets other than guide dogs.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms in The Registry.
Wheelchair access
Regrettably, there is limited wheelchair access for guests as all bedrooms are located upstairs.
